Storm Of Steel
Storm of Steel is a tank game concept focused on large-scale armored warfare, tactical progression, and immersive battlefield atmosphere. The goal of the project was to explore how a modern combat experience could be translated into a bold and engaging game UI.
I developed this concept to combine cinematic visuals with structured interface design, creating a world that feels intense, strategic, and built for players who enjoy military themes, progression systems, and high-impact action.
Storm of Steel was designed as a conceptual game experience centered around armored combat, battlefield control, and tactical decision-making. The project explores how menus, progression systems, and mission screens can support an intense military setting while remaining clear and easy to navigate.
The visual direction leans into a gritty, cinematic atmosphere with dramatic environments, mechanical detail, and strong contrast. My goal was to create a presentation that feels powerful and immersive while still maintaining readable layouts and structured information.
One of the main challenges was balancing spectacle with clarity. Since the concept uses detailed war-inspired visuals and layered interface elements, it was important to make sure the UI did not feel overwhelming or visually heavy.
Another challenge was building consistency across multiple screens. Each view needed to support the same game world while serving a different purpose, from showcasing missions and vehicles to presenting story-driven moments and progression systems in a way that still felt cohesive.

The final concept presents a complete visual direction for a tank-based game experience, including key interface screens, world-building elements, and gameplay-related layouts. It demonstrates how strong atmosphere and structured UI can work together to create a believable game concept.
This project also helped me explore how game interfaces can communicate intensity without sacrificing usability. By combining cinematic presentation with clear hierarchy, I was able to design a concept that feels both engaging and functional.
Storm of Steel allowed me to push further into game-focused UI/UX and experiment with a more dramatic visual style. It became a strong concept piece for exploring interface storytelling, progression design, and immersive combat presentation.
Beyond the final visuals, the project strengthened my understanding of designing for game experiences where mood, structure, and interaction all need to work together. It reflects my interest in creating interfaces that feel exciting, clear, and deeply connected to the world they belong to.
