Axis Gallery
Axis Gallery is a mobile app concept created for an art gallery experience focused on discovery, exhibition browsing, and visual storytelling. The design combines clean layouts, strong contrast, and curated artwork presentation to create a modern digital gallery experience.
The goal was to create an app where users can explore artists, view exhibitions, discover selected works, and interact with gallery content in a simple and visually engaging way.

The project was built around key gallery moments: discovering featured works, browsing exhibitions, viewing artwork details, and exploring artist information. Each screen was designed to feel minimal, calm, and easy to use while keeping the artwork as the main focus.
Poppins was used across the entire interface to create a clean, modern, and readable typographic system. Its simple geometric form supports both gallery content and practical UI elements without competing with the artwork.
The color palette combines vivid blue #0000FF, white #FFFFFF, and neutral gray #595959. Together, these colors create a minimal visual identity with a bold digital accent that highlights key actions and interactive elements.
The main challenge was creating an art gallery app that feels visually rich while remaining minimal and easy to navigate. Since artwork needs space and focus, the interface had to support discovery without overwhelming the user with unnecessary UI elements.
Another challenge was balancing emotional presentation with practical structure. The design needed to showcase artwork beautifully while still making exhibitions, artist details, dates, and booking-related actions simple to understand.
The final concept delivers a clean and modern gallery app experience with strong visual hierarchy and focused artwork presentation. Minimal layouts, clear content blocks, and a sharp accent color help the app feel curated, contemporary, and easy to explore.
The design also improves the user journey by organizing gallery content into simple, scannable screens. Users can move from discovery to artwork details naturally, making the experience feel smooth and visually engaging.
